These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Violet Feathers (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the applicant (“you,” “your”) who engages with our Study Abroad and Work Visa services.

By applying to any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for participation in our programs, applicants must:

• Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the destination country’s immigration authority. We do not guarantee approval.
  
  

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

• Full refund (excluding non-refundable processing fees) if visa is denied, provided proof is submitted within 10 days.
  
  
• Partial refund in cases of withdrawal due to personal reasons, subject to terms outlined in the individual program agreement.
  
  
• No refund for dismissals due to misconduct or violation of host country laws.
  
  

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Comply with the laws and regulations of the host country.
  
  
• Abide by the host institution’s rules and behavioral policies.
  
  
• Represent Violet Feathers respectfully and responsibly.
  
  

7. Liability

• Violet Feathers is not liable for personal injury, property loss, visa delays, or academic failure during the program.
  
  
• Participants are responsible for obtaining adequate health and travel insurance.
  
  

8. Program Modifications and Cancellations

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel programs due to low enrollment, political unrest, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.
  
  
• In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative options or partial refunds.
  
  

9. Privacy and Data Use
